How is my capital protected?
Every Torc investment is fully asset-backed: you hold 100% freehold ownership of a physical UK property. The 10-year commercial lease is held with a regulated housing partner, and the investment is structured with full transparency and independent legal oversight. There is no borrowing and no speculative exposure to property market cycles.
Who do we house?
We only work with referrals from the NHS and Local Authorities how have a duty of care for that person and need to ensure they are housed correctly and in long term accommodation with a full care package.
